Phase I Building 1 is 202,000 SF and Building 2 is 89,600 SF. Building 1 has bays ranging in size between 8,030 SF – 11,042 SF, with dimensions of 200’ in depth and 40’ or 55’ in width. Building 2 has bays of 6,455 SF with dimensions of 160’ in depth and 40’ in width.

Phase II Building 3 is 150,100 SF and Building 4 is 96,000 SF. Building 3 has bays ranging in size between 7,638 SF – 10,503 SF, with dimensions of 190’ in depth and 40’, 45’, and 50’ in width. Building 4 has bays of 6,451 SF with dimensions of 160’ in depth and 40’ in width.
